Texas Health HEB is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in the ER department.
Full Time: 36 hours per week.
7p-7a with rotating days of the week, including weekends.
Required minimum education: Associates Degree Required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.
Required minimum experience: Two years as staff nurse in appropriate care setting.
Required license/certification: Registered Nursing in the State of Texas or Compact State. CPR upon hire, ACLS upon hire, CPI within 90 days of hire, NIHSS within 90 days of hire, ENPC within 6 months of hire date, TNCC within 6 months of hire date.
Required skills (if applicable): Possesses organizational skills to direct, coordinate, manage care on a nursing unit for an individual shift.
Possesses interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate with the health care
team and serve as a role model.
Job reports to (title of the position): Nurse Manager/Director
Number of Direct Reports: RN, LVN, US, PCT as assigned
