As the Unit Director for our Hematology/Oncology/BMT
Patient Care Unit, you will provide clinical leadership within a
state-of-the-art environment as you help deliver innovative, effective care to
patients from around the world. You'll make a significant contribution to
leading-edge advancements such as stem cell therapy and research, bone marrow
transplants and much more.
We're seeking an experienced nursing leader with a current
California RN license and:
MSN or BSN with a
Master's degree in a related field
3 or more years of
hematology/oncology/BMT experience
2-5 years of
progressive clinical leadership experience
ANCC nursing
leadership or ONS certification preferred
Experience working
in an academic or Magnet facility a plus
